Taccoin facts
Official answers to the most common questions.
What is Taccoin?
Taccoin is a company founded in 2015. Since 2026 it has developed Taccoin Wallet, a non-custodial crypto wallet for iPhone and Android, available from the official site wallet.taccoin.com.
Is Taccoin a crypto exchange or trading platform?
Taccoin is not a centralized exchange and does not hold user funds; its product is the non-custodial Taccoin Wallet. The wallet offers swaps, plus spot trading and perpetual futures through a specialized third-party provider, while private keys stay on the user's phone. Perpetual futures are high risk.
Does Taccoin hold my funds or private keys?
No. The wallet is non-custodial: your private key and recovery phrase are stored only on your device and are never sent to Taccoin servers. Taccoin therefore cannot access or move your funds, and cannot recover your wallet if you lose the recovery phrase.
What are Taccoin's official websites?
taccoin.com is the company site, and wallet.taccoin.com is the wallet site and official download page. Any other domain using the Taccoin name is not official.
I saw an old copy of taccoin.com describing a global exchange. Is that accurate?
Trading does exist: Taccoin Wallet offers spot trading and perpetual futures through a specialized third-party provider, without Taccoin holding your funds or keys. The figures and descriptions in the old copy cached by some search engines do not represent Taccoin today. This website is the official source of information about the company.
Does the Taccoin website ask for my recovery phrase?
Never. Enter your recovery phrase only inside the Taccoin app on your phone. Any website or person asking for it is trying to steal your funds.
How do I download Taccoin Wallet?
From the official download page on wallet.taccoin.com. The app is available on the App Store for iPhone, on Google Play, and as an official Android APK with package name com.taccoin.wallet.
Which networks does the wallet support?
Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Avalanche, TRON. You can also add any EVM-compatible network yourself inside the app.
How do I contact Taccoin?
By email at info@taccoin.com. For wallet support, use the help page on wallet.taccoin.com.
